Calling All Captains bring their punchy blend of pop-punk, emo, and post-hardcore to the stage in a show that promises raw energy, emotional intensity, and an unrelenting live presence. Hailing from the outskirts of Edmonton, this band has built their reputation on taut songwriting and electrifying performances. Their EP Nothing Grows Here and full-length Slowly Getting Better have together amassed millions of streams, and their latest offering, (e)motion sickness, continues to push their sound in bold new directions. Along the way, they’ve earned acclaim—CBC recently named them one of the five acts shaping Canadian pop-punk—and they’ve shared stages with acts like The Offspring, Pierce the Veil, Billy Talent, and Our Lady Peace.Joining them on stage is Chief State, a “rain-drenched” pop-punk outfit born in a Vancouver garage in 2016. Their music blends new wave pop-punk sensibilities with bursts of hardcore rawness, delivering catchy, hard-hitting songs that leave audiences in a sweaty, euphoric disarray.
Also performing is Violet Night, an emerging force in modern alternative music. Originally a solo project by Connor Pohl in Toronto, the project has evolved into a dynamic collective merging alternative rock, indie pop, and atmospheric soundscapes. Their music is both ethereal and grounded, weaving emotive vocals and lush instrumentation into cinematic experiences. With four Top 40 singles—including “Does It Even Matter?”, “Vampire”, and “Ferrari Red”—and releases like the Daydream Drama EP and full-length A N T I H E R O E S, Violet Night has earned a devoted following and built a powerful live presence
