Calligrahy Worshop

As a woman of Syrian Jewish heritage, Lenore Mizrachi-Cohen uses Arabic calligraphy as a means of cultural celebration and preservation. The letters jump off of the page into sculptural embellishments in her most recent works, but it all began with pen and ink. Join us in the middle of Cohen’s solo exhibition “Mother Tongue” at Moshava Art for a calligraphy basics workshop March 11th, 6-8pm. Materials to keep will be provided with ticket purchase.
