Film Screening with Unite the World with Africa Foundation
On Tuesday, March 11th, at 5:30 pm, we will be joined by Anne Wells, the founder and director of the international non-profit Unite the World with Africa Foundation ("Unite"), for a film screening and discussion. The short documentary film features their core program, the Unite Scholars Program, which is designed to break the vicious cycle of poverty, oppression, and wasted human potential by empowering uniquely talented, marginalized youth across Tanzania access to quality and comprehensive education, mentorship and leadership programs through higher secondary (A-Levels), university, and beyond. Heavenly Rest sponsors three Unite Scholars. We hope you can join us to learn more about Unite, this important work, and the scholars!
