About this Event
Are you feeling stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break? Getting in your own way, overthinking, procrastinating, or battling burnout? Want to explore healing and personal growth in a way that feels grounded and real?
Join us for an open, judgment-free conversation as we explore books that support emotional wellness, self-awareness, and intentional living.
For June, we’re reading The Mountain Is You by Brianna Wiest—a powerful book about self-sabotage, emotional healing, and what it takes to create lasting change.
The Mountain Is You explores the idea that many of the patterns keeping us stuck—avoidance, procrastination, perfectionism, fear, emotional overwhelm, unhealthy relationships, burnout, and self-doubt—are often forms of self-sabotage rooted in unresolved emotions and survival patterns. Instead of judging ourselves for these behaviors, the book encourages us to understand them, work through them, and ultimately transform them.
Together, we’ll explore:
• Self-sabotage and where it comes from
• Emotional patterns that keep us stuck
• Building self-awareness and resilience
• Letting go of fear, avoidance, and perfectionism
• Creating a more aligned and intentional life
Your facilitator is a licensed therapist and intuitive medium, blending grounded mental health insight with spiritual perspective in a supportive and approachable way.
You don’t have to finish the book to join—come for the conversation, even if you’re just curious. All backgrounds and reading levels are welcome!
Whether you’re looking to connect, reflect, learn, or simply be in a space where you feel understood, you’re welcome here.
Bring a friend, bring your copy, or just bring yourself. Let’s read, reflect, and grow together this June!
