California Road Trip Wine Dinner

Join us for an adventure through California's best vineyards! We're heading West to savor amazing wines paired perfectly with delicious dishes.

Expect scenic flavos, chef-crafted dishes and a little wanderlust with every sip as we cruise through wine country one course at a time. No plane ticket required- just bring your appetite and your sense of adventure!

John Lumpkin- our resident wine connoisseur- will be on site to give you all the facts!

Taylor Lairsey- 1885's new Executive Chef will also be here to share his immense food knowledge!

First Course: Cuvaison Sauvignon Blanc (Napa Valley) paired with a melon, citrus and tarragon salad with prosciutto.

Second Course: Gainey Chardonnay (Santa Barbara) paired with a Salmon Cornet (pastry cone filled with red onion and salmon creme fraiche, salmon roe and chive).

Third Course: Bishop Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon (Paso Robles) paired with a ribeye with cabernet Bordelaise butter, served with purple cauliflower risotto and grilled baby carrots.

Dessert: San Simeon Pinot Noir (Sonoma) paired with dark chocolate cherry coffee tartin.
