I’m Danielle, the founder and heart behind Honeyshine — a small, calendula herbal skincare brand built on the belief that nature knows best. I create gentle, calendula-based products that are safe enough for babies, soothing for sensitive skin, and loved by all. My late grandmother educated me on calendula as a young girl and now that I am a mom of five I introduced this wisdom to motherhood. My journey started as a Mama searching for relief. When my little one struggled with eczema, I couldn’t find anything that truly worked — everything was either too harsh or filled with ingredients I couldn’t pronounce. So I turned to the garden, and that’s where I found calendula. From that very first homemade balm, I knew I’d discovered something special. What began as a kitchen experiment grew into something bigger — a mission to help other families find comfort and confidence in their skin. Every product I make is handcrafted with love, backed by research, and made with only the cleanest, most nourishing ingredients.
