About this Event
Join us for an evening of food and fun, chemistry and cooking, trivia and treats.
In this 2 hour Cajun cooking workshop, learn to make some of our favorite Cajun dishes. We will learn to pick crawfish* in a mini crawfish boil, learn about the cajun "holy Trinity" of flavors and make a chicken etouffee, and end the night with fresh beignets.
Who is this event for? Adults and their kids are welcome at this event. As the event runs two hours, it is intended for kids who are comfortably able to sit through a 2 hour meal out.

*note that crawfish is seasonally dependent - may be replaced by shrimp based on conditions
Each Ticket Includes
1 seat in a cooking class (note that is a change from our former model!)
