A Grief Medicine Circle: Finding Freedom Through Healing Every one of us carries grief — from the losses, injustices, or shames we’ve faced, to the quiet disappointments and collective wounds of our times. Some have endured great trauma; others simply sense a weight they can’t quite name. However it shows up, grief is universal — and healing it sets you free to move forward with the project of yourself. This is important work.
This circle is a safe, deeply supportive space for anyone ready to let go, feel lighter, and live more fully. You don’t need to have the words for what’s wrong — just a willingness to be present and open.
Our format is gentle yet powerful: protective, compassionate, and integrative.
Details:
- Limited to 6 participants for depth and intimacy
- $150 per person
- Includes a light shared supper, light afternoon coffee/tea
- Two optional post-circle integration calls with Shaman Brad or Caroline, as you wish
