About this Event
Eclectic Gallery warmly invites you to the Private View of The Geometry of Dreams, a solo exhibition by acclaimed British-Brazilian artist Caio Locke, on Thursday, 23 October from 6 PM to 9 PM. The exhibition will be on view from 20 October to 1 November 2025 at our gallery.
Guests will have the opportunity to meet the artist, explore his newest works, and gain insight into the inspirations and stories behind his creations.
Caio Locke is a well-known professional artist best known for his futuristic cityscapes. Shaped by his life in Britain and a strong connection to Brazil, he interweaves interior and exterior worlds within his signature parareal cities. His work has been exhibited in major global capitals and featured in The New York Times, The London Economic, The Times, The Bite Magazine and etc.
His paintings have been shown at the Royal Museum of Scotland, Christie’s, Firstsite in Colchester, and the Royal Hospital Chelsea. Solo exhibitions have been held at the Embassy of Brazil, HKS Architects, Eclectic Gallery, and many more. He has also contributed to public art projects such as the Fabergé Egg Parade, the London Elephant Parade, and the BFG Dream Jar collaboration with Steven Spielberg.
Eclectic Gallery proudly represents Caio, showcasing his work in exhibitions and international art fairs, and has decorated Nobu Hotel and private clubs with his paintings. His work has featured at the Affordable Art Fair, Fresh Art Fair, Start Art Fair, and at Palazzo Bembo in Italy for the Personal Structures exhibition, part of the Venice Biennale.
Throughout his artistic journey, Caio has been fascinated by the urban environment: “I am always looking at cities because they are like visual manifestations of collective consciousness, bedrocks for my imagining civilisation reconnected to the nature from which it emerged.”
Architecture lends him a framework through which he explores philosophy, culture, history, and concepts of the future. Through his meticulous handling of colour and pattern, he employs perspective anomalies, optical depth, and Escher-like paradoxes to create intricate compositions.
Our team will be delighted to welcome you to the Eclectic Gallery, show you this remarkable body of work, and answer all your questions.
We look forward to welcoming you soon.
Kind regards,
Eclectic Gallery Team
