About this Event

Meal kits will be ready for pickup in the Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts Grand Atrium (SJB, Main Floor) on Friday, October 17, between 11:45 am and 12:30 pm.


Our Baking and Pastry Arts students are pleased to offer unique Café Concept Meal Kits for sale, as part of their third-semester lab exams. In teams of two, students have created unique and specially designed menus to showcase all the skills they have acquired to date, based on a café concept of their own. Many unique, creative, and delicious meal kits are available to choose from!

Café Concept Meal Kits are an excellent value — only $29.95 plus HST — and a perfect way to support our hard-working students!


Every Café Concept Meal Kit includes:
  • A full-size loaf of bread
  • A jarred preserve
  • A two or three-component main course meal with sides (One portion)
  • A Viennoiserie product (a speciality croissant or similar)
  • A dessert element
