Betsaida LeBron hosts Cafecito Chat and serves as EVP of Professional Development for the ALPFA Greater Sacramento Chapter. As founder of ImprovEQ and creator of the Playful Leadership Model, she specializes in teaching emotional intelligence using improvisational techniques. A certified emotional intelligence coach with expertise in leadership development, Betsaida helps individuals and organizations unlock their potential through innovative team dynamics training.
Armando Salud Bio
Salud is a dynamic and accomplished leader in election administration and civic engagement. As Deputy of Elections in Yolo County, Armando has a proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of elections management. He is a Certified Elections/Registration Administrator, a California Registered Election Official, and a Credentialed California County Senior Executive. Salud's commitment to excellence extends beyond his work in Yolo County. He is a Master of Public Administration graduate through the University of the Pacific at McGeorge School of Law and serves as the youngest ever elected Yolo County Board of Education trustee, a member of the Election Center's Program Committees since 2018, and is a steering committee member for the National Voter Registration Day organization. He is a founding board member of the Greater Sacramento Chapter of the Association of Latino Professionals for America.
