National Pet Day is right around the corner. Kat Swan and Tucson Love Letter are ready to celebrate.
Join us for Cactus & Canines, a celebration of Tucson dogs, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 11 at Di Luna Candles, 2700 N. Campbell Ave. Suite 200.
Here’s what’s in store:
Kat is known for her paintings of adoptable dogs! At this event, enjoy a very special art show in which Kat’s paintings will hang alongside stories and photos of the dogs who are now in their forever homes.
Meet adoptable dogs from Old Souls Animal Rescue, which is a sanctuary and rescue for animals who are seniors or have special needs. They’ll be at the event from 10 a.m. to noon!
Shop from a handful of local vendors who will have dog-themed items (and other non-themed items that you’ll love too). That includes Aall Forms of Life with doggie bowties, Stickies for Kitties with adorable cat and dog stickers, Bark ‘n Berry with dog ice cream, Dogs-n-Donuts with treats and more, The Bambu Bear with bandanas, and Darby Hunter Art with cutie animal stickers.
Staying on theme, Hot Dogs Los Compadres will be serving up delicious hot dogs and tacos.
Pretty Coffee will be pouring coffee and matcha from their adorable mobile espresso bar. Keep your eyes peeled for a colorful special!
Enjoy FREE crafts!! DIY your own wooden dog tags and keychains.
We’ll be collecting donations for Old Souls Animal Rescue. Please bring items like dog treats, pill pockets, wireless grooming trimmers, bone broth, dog/cat food/treats, pet shampoo, etc.
