Esta quinta feira estreamos cá em Casa no Salão Mocambo a CACHUPA JAM JAM, parte do conceito de improvisação do jazz e deriva para o conceito de criação de uma Cachupa que agrega diversos ingredientes para compor uma refeição rica e equilibrada entre matérias primas musicais orgânicas, com instrumentos de percussão, guitarras e piano.
O tema destas Jam Sessions é agregar e desenvolver criatividade em harmonia consonante entre a música vinda de Cabo Verde e a gastronomia.
A entrada é livre a quem queira partilhar a sua arte e a quem queira fazer parte como escutante deste panelão.

A Diva destes serões será a Cachupa Rica na vertente Carne e Vegan em bowl volante, bem como outros petiscos.

Ao contrário de outros eventos cá em casa, a reserva é desnecessária, o que aqui celebramos é o improviso da alegria e da união.

CACHUPA JAM JAM with Rui Nobre and John di Brava
This Thursday we launch the CACHUPA JAM JAM here at Salão Mocambo, which starts from the concept of jazz improvisation and derives from the concept of creating a Cachupa from Cape Vert that combines different ingredients to compose a rich and balanced musical meal using organic raw materials, such as guitars, piano and drumming instruments.
The theme of these Jam Sessions is to aggregate and develop creativity in harmony between music and gastronomy.
Entry is free to anyone who wants to share their art and anyone who wants to be part of this panel as a listener.
The Diva of these evenings will be Cachupa Rica in the Meat and Vegan format in a serving bowl, as well as other snacks.

Unlike other events here at home, reservations are unnecessary, what we celebrate here is the improvisation of joy and togetherness.
