This event will be a collaboration with Virginie Sauvagnat. She will be sharing her beautiful and nourishing voice in guiding a voice activation, singing, and sound healing. This will help to ground and connect you to your heart and throat energy. Speaking more from a loving place towards yourself and others .
Israa will be leading the grounding meditation and cacao ceremony. There will be some movement and dance to release any stagnant energy from the body.
