Join Tirakuna’s Daniel and Elysia for a deeply immersive Cacao Sound Journey—a heart-opening evening of connection, intention, and healing. Together, we will gather in ceremony to drink sacred cacao from San Antonio Aguas Caliente, within the Kaqchikel nation and embark on an inner journey supported by the healing vibrations of sound.

This is a space to soften, awaken your senses, and deepen your connection to self through sacred medicine of cacao and sound.

This event is perfect for anyone seeking an experience of self-discovery, healing and rejuvenation. Please read below information carefully as there are contradictions with ceremonial grade cacao and some instruments.

After the ceremony please stay and share herbal tea with us before embarking on your journey home. Your safety is our priority.

TO BRING:

Please bring your own yoga mat,

Blanket and pillow for additional comfort and warmth,

For your own comfort it’s recommended to wear loose fitted clothing & warm socks.

Please bring a refillable water bottle with you to stay hydrated throughout the Ceremony.

PREPARATION:

Please avoid eating at least 2 hours before and make it a light meal. Please avoid caffeinated drinks and alcohol. When we have a clean vessel, our bodies are able to digest and absorb the vast benefits that Cacao offers. If we come into ceremony with a full stomach and overstimulated from energy drinks or caffeine, it will influence both the absorption of Cacao and its effects.

It is also important to stay hydrated prior, during, and post the consumption of Cacao.

If you are currently taking any medications, particularly antidepressants, SSRIs, or high blood pressure Medic*tion, we kindly request that you inform us in advance of the ceremony. This will enable us to provide you with an appropriate dose that aligns with your needs. If you are pregnant, please also notify us so that we can make necessary adjustments.

Please be aware that certain instruments may need to be avoided during pregnancy, so we appreciate your honesty and early communication to ensure your safety and well-being during the event.

You may bring a sacred and precious item to place on the alter for blessings. this can be a crystal, photo, necklace.............
