Cacao Sound Bath

Join us in a sacred circle for a heart-opening Cacao Sound Bath experience! Together, we’ll begin by opening the circle and introducing ourselves, creating a safe and supportive space to be fully present.

We’ll set intentions for our cacao journey, infusing our cups with what we’re ready to invite in, release, or remember. From there, you’ll be guided inward through a gentle meditation, followed by a nourishing sound bath designed to support deep relaxation, clarity, and energetic alignment.

After the journey, there will be time to journal what surfaced, reflect, and connect in community. For those who feel called, optional intuitive oracle card readings will be offered by Kristen & Beth to provide additional insight and guidance.
