A Cacao, Movement & Sound Ceremony:Releasing the Old • Embodying the New • Listening to the Heart
Anne and Wendy warmly invite you to a slow, sacred evening to begin the year not by striving forward — but by arriving more fully into your body, your breath, and your inner guidance.
This two-hour gathering weaves together ceremonial cacao, intuitive movement, and live sound to support gentle release, full-body embodiment, and a natural opening of the heart. This is not a workshop, performance, or manifestation ritual. It is a space for presence, listening, and integration.
We will begin with cacao, shared in a grounded and gentle way — orienting to the body first and allowing the heart to open at its own pace. From there, we’ll move into intuitive, guided movement designed to help release what the body is ready to let go of from the past year, while inviting in new energy with softness and choice.
Movement will travel through the chakras — supporting a sense of connection, alignment, and full embodiment — not through force or choreography, but through listening. You’ll be invited to move in ways that feel true for your body, strengthening your connection to inner guidance and allowing the heart to find its voice in its own way. All movement is optional and always invitational.
The evening will close with live song and sound, offered as a blessing — allowing everything that has opened to settle, integrate, and rest.
✨ Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early (6:45 pm)
This allows time to settle, choose your space, and arrive unhurried. We will begin promptly at 7:00 pm to protect the container.
Energy exchange: $60 (includes ceremonial cacao)

What to bring:
A journal and pen
A mug for cacao
Anything you would normally bring to a sound bath (yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, warm layers)
Comfortable clothing for sitting, resting, or gentle movement
This ceremony is especially supportive if you are:
feeling tender, tired, or sensitive
ready to gently release the weight of the past year
wanting to embody the new year rather than think your way into it
seeking a nervous-system-friendly New Year ritual without pressure or resolution-setting
No experience is required. You are always welcome to sit, move gently, rest, or remain still. Choice and self-listening are central to the ceremony.
