This workshop is a 3 hour event starting at 1:00pm and ending at 4:00pm at the Overjoyed Coaching Studio in Oromocto NB. Directions:

From the front arched entrance (facing Restigouche Rd) on the same side of the building as Jane’s Seven Burgers, go up both sets of stairs, take the door to the right, go past the bathrooms, the room is the last one at the end of the hall.
🧘♀️The last 30 minutes of the workshop will be a guided meditation which models some of the strategies for managing ADHD anxiety and also do some healing work during the meditation. Please bring a pillow, light blanket, and yoga mat.
🧠 In this workshop we will learn about the complexities of ADHD, from how it looks different across the ages and genders, to diagnosis and treatment, specific quirks and behavior challenges people with ADHD face, and practical strategies and tools to help assist individuals in their day to day lives.
🌷This workshop will have a unique focus on late diagnosed or late self-discovered ADHD, ADHD in girls and women and also the very fascinating correlation between neurodivergence and spiritually conscious or intuitive individuals.

🦸♀️While ADHD can be a challenge to navigate, it also can be viewed as an incredible superpower.
