🥁You will learn how to use rhythm and drumming to reach a trance state
🧘♀️We will embark on guided meditation journeys that will often include elements of reiki energy healing⚡️
🪶We will work a lot with inner child meditations, guided visualizations, grounding meditations, nervous system reset meditations, chakra balancing meditations, meditations to contact our spirit guides and more
🪘There will be percussion instruments available for those without their own drum
🧘♂️No prior meditation or drumming experience needed
