Laura will initiate the evening, through her experience and heart-warming guidance to naturally connect you with the essence and emotional grounding of ceremonial cacao. Laura’s unique guidance creates a safe, uplifting space through intentional gentle movement. Reconnect with your inner world and open up for new insights and connections.
Supporting Laura’s slow flowing movement is Wil’s live rhythmic soundscape that weaves subtly through the ceremony—an intimate sound experience stimulating your movement to restore balance, elevate emotional resonance and support deep energetic alignment.
This heart-opening experience will then set the stage for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating Sound Meditation.

A lifelong intuitive musician and creative guide, Wil guides you through Sound Meditation and Reiki to create deeply relaxing experiences that address issues on emotional, mental, physical and spiritual level, supporting you on your life journey; ‘Nurturing your Inner Rhythm’.
For mor than 12 years, Wil’s weekly group Sound Meditation sessions offer space for deep relaxation and personal reflection. His individual sessions will dive deep, based on a personal intention and a curated sequential flow of awareness-understanding-acceptance-change, offering a natural and supportive journey to dissolve deeper rooted issues into personal strengthening, self-love, clarity and new found inner harmony.

Laura is a facilitator, spaceholder, and guide devoted to helping people remember their innate wholeness through deep connection. At the heart of her work are three foundational pillars: Connection to Self, Connection to Nature, and Connection to an Aligned Community.
Through embodied practices, sacred ceremonies, and transformational workshops, Laura creates spaces where people can reconnect to their true essence, root deeply into the wisdom of the earth, and feel held by supportive, like-hearted community.
