You have your own Unique way of Partnering and Connecting with life and mama cacao.
This immersion is a space to allow you to deepen that connection while ALSO learning about the science and spiritual elements of cacao and how to create trauma informed nurturing spaces.
I’ll share with you the pearls of wisdom I’ve gathered from my time living in ceremony in Guatemala and over a decade of journeying with cacao personally along with the tips and tricks I’ve learnt through offering hundreds of 1:1 and small group trainings and ceremonies (and serving thousands of cups of cacao).
In our two months together you’ll be supported as you:
– connect to cacao from your Heart (not just your mind)
– learn about the science, nutritional and spiritual aspects of cacao
– become aware of the contraindications for higher doses of cacao and learn about how to care for highly sensitive nervous systems
– learn about and practice creating trauma informed ceremony space for your self and others
– share in regular cacao ceremonies with other cacao loving, deep journeying souls
– explore how you’re being called to play with cacao and open to and integrate the pearls of your heart.
All of our sessions are conducted in person in Treeby on a combination of Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings:

Included: 2 x 60 minute private 1:1 mentoring session with Lani (by phone or Google Meet)

Attendance at each session is required in order to receive a certificate of completion or to register as a Keith's Cacao practitioner. If you’re unable to attend 1 or 2 sessions you will be given the option to book a 1:1 to cover the missed content.

Who am I?
Hi I’m Lani, a lover of ceremonial cacao and the power of this gentle heart medicine. Dedicated to a life of inner enquiry, service and embodiment I have a curiosity for truth, nature and sharing the wisdom of the Heart.
In 2012 while travelling overseas I found myself living in Guatemala sitting many cacao ceremonies with Keith Wilson (affectionately known as the chocolate shaman). I accidentally stumbled onto his porch and something about the space he held allowed me to connect to my heart in a way I’d never experienced.
In 2016 I returned to live in Perth and share my connection to cacao with others in group ceremonies and private sessions. I’m part of an international group of cacao practitioners each sharing their connection to cacao in their own unique ways (yoga, meditation, dance, reiki, sound healing, corporate training just to name a few). My passion is supporting others to find their unique connection to the spirit of cacao, and I have a particular interest in supporting those with highly sensitive or neurodivergent nervous systems. With a passion for embracing life in all its beautiful humanness I gently guide you on a deep journey through the body into the Heart.
I’m a trained 500HR RYT Hatha Yoga, Meditation and 200HR RYT Yin Yoga Teacher, I also hold graduate qualifications in Mental Health & Compassion and have studied a wide range of somatic movement, tantra and embodiment practices to support others in slowing down and connecting to their hearts. I offer ceremonial cacao to all of my clients and find she brings an extra layer of warmth and comfort no matter how deep our soul work is.
My style of yoga and my connection to the cacao spirit are an authentic, powerful mix that takes everyone deep into what they need in the moment.
I believe in the power and support this incredible plant medicine offers to help us navigate so many parts of our lives from CREATIVITY to HEALING, to identifying our UNIQUE GIFTS, to EMOTIONAL RELEASE to SACRED UNION, to CORPORATE TEAM BUILDING and everything in between. But I also know she isn’t a magic pill and at times I’ve needed to reduce or completely pause her from my diet while my nervous system recovered. I’ve learnt so much about my sensitive nervous system and the ways that cacao can be received when we work with her mindfully and intentionally, even if that means she sleeps under your pillow instead of being sipped on!
It’s taken me a long time to find my own way with her and to truly trust our partnership. And that way is slow, gentle and compassionate.
I’ve been blessed to have many amazing teachers along my journey (including Keith) and this is now my way of sharing with you the depth of wisdom and experience I’ve gathered over the past decade of my own personal and professional journey.
