Η Ecstatic Radiance σας προσκαλεί σε ένα απογευματινό σεμινάριο, «Cacao Ecstatic Dance». Σε αυτή τη συνεδρία, θα ετοιμάσουμε βιολογικό κακάο χρησιμοποιώντας παραδοσιακές μεθόδους, θα ορίσουμε τις προθέσεις μας, θα πίουμε το κακαο μας όλοι μαζι με εναν διαλογισμό Heart Chakra με καθοδήγηση των Inge & Mridu.
Ο Mridu θα μας καθοδηγήσει στη συνέχεια σε μια συνεδρία Ecstatic Dance με βαθύ downtempo και tribal ρυθμούς. Θα κλείσουμε την εκδήλωσή μας με ένα ζωντανό μουσικό ταξίδι Hang Drum με τον Βαλεντίνο Σταματιάδη, διαλογισμός απο τους Inge & Mridu.

🐰 Η εκδήλωση είναι φιλική προς την οικογένεια (παιδιά 11 ετών και κάτω χορεύουν δωρεάν!) Πάντα με την συνοδεία και εποπτεία τον γονιών.

💥 Σχετικά με τον Ecstatic Dance
Το Ecstatic Dance είναι ενας διαλογισμός μεσα απο τον χορό που ενθαρρύνει την ελευθερία και την έκφραση. Ελάτε μαζί μας και ζήστε έναν ασφαλή και εμπνευσμένο χώρο για χορό χωρίς λόγια, ουσίες ( αλκοόλ κτλ ) και χορεύοντας ξυπόλιτοι.
Πρόκειται για την αυτοέκφραση, την απελευθέρωση του σώματος και του μυαλού σας και τη σύνδεση με τον εαυτό σας και τους γύρω σας.
Το Ecstatic Dance δίνει τη δυνατότητα στους ανθρώπους από όλα τα κοινωνικά στρώματα να εκφράζονται ελεύθερα, ανεξάρτητα από το σχήμα, το μέγεθος ή το υπόβαθρο.

💥 Σχετικά με το κακάο
Το κακάο είναι ο καρπός του δέντρου Theobroma πριν μετατραπεί σε σοκολάτα. Είναι μια από τις πιο πλούσιες τροφές σε μαγνήσιο που υποστηρίζει την υγεία της καρδιάς, τη βέλτιστη υγεία του εγκεφάλου, χαλαρώνει το νευρικό σύστημα, τις αρθρώσεις και τους μυς. Διεγείρει τη ροή του αίματος, ενώ παράλληλα δημιουργεί χαλάρωση και ανοίγει απαλά την καρδιά.

💗 🍫 Διαλογισμός με το κακάο που ανοίγει την καρδιά
Σας προσκαλούμε να ξεκινήσετε ένα ταξίδι στις καρδιές μας μέσω ενός καθοδηγούμενου διαλογισμού τσάκρα καρδιάς. Τα οφέλη του διαλογισμού, σε συνδυασμό με τις ιδιότητες του κακάο που ανοίγει την καρδιά, βοηθούν στην ενίσχυση της αυτογνωσίας μας και ενισχύουν μια βαθύτερη σύνδεση με τον εσωτερικό μας εαυτό και τους άλλους.
Προσκαλώντας το τσάκρα της καρδιάς μας να ανοίξει, ενισχύουμε την ικανότητά μας να αγαπάμε τον εαυτό μας και να χτίζουμε αυτοεκτίμηση, οδηγεί φυσικά στην αποδοχή των εμπειριών και των περιστάσεων της ζωής μας και μας δίνει τη δυνατότητα να βιώσουμε μια μεγαλύτερη αίσθηση ενότητας, εσωτερικής γαλήνης και αγάπης.

🔥 Σχετικά με το Live Hand Pan
Το handpan είναι ένα μουσικό όργανο που συνδυάζει την ηχητική απαλότητα των κρουστών με την αρμονία των μελωδικών οργάνων. Είναι ένα κρουστό μεταλλικό όργανο με σχήμα «χελώνας» και μέσα από τα διάφορα πεδία που παράγονται οι νότες.
Ο ήχος της χειρολαβής είναι απαλός, υγρός και γεμάτος, προκαλεί μια αίσθηση ηρεμίας, σε συνδυασμό με έναν σχεδόν ρυθμικό διαλογισμό. Το ηχητικό τοπίο που δημιουργείται από το χειρολαβή έχει την ικανότητα να «απλώνεται» στο χώρο, επιτρέποντας στο κοινό να βιώσει τον ήχο όχι μόνο ως κάτι που ακούγεται, αλλά και ως κάτι αισθητό – έναν ήχο που σχεδόν αγγίζει το σώμα.
Ο ήχος του handpan προσφέρει μια εμπειρία βαθιάς ηρεμίας αλλά και έντονης συναισθηματικής έντασης, εξυψώνοντας την αίσθηση του «παρών» και φέρνοντας τους ακροατές πιο κοντά στη μουσική και τον χώρο γύρω τους.

Ο Mridu είναι ο ιδρυτής της Ecstatic Radiance - Community Healing Movement. Οδηγεί σεμινάρια και ατομικές συνεδρίες που βοηθάνε τους ανθρώπους να δημιουργήσουν μια καλύτερη ζωή αλλά και να θεραπεύσουν τραύματα. Χρησιμοποιεί διάφορες τεχνικές όπως, την ενέργεια της καρδιάς(Αγάπη), βιοδυναμικές αναπνοές, χορό & συνειδητή κίνηση και άλλες
μεθόδους.
Το όραμά του είναι η ολιστική ανθρωπότητα όπου εμείς οι άνθρωποι μπορούμε να ζούμε & να φροντίζουμε τον εαυτό μας το περιβάλλον και τον συνάνθρωπο μέσα από σεβασμό, αγάπη και πάνω από όλα Ενσυνείδηση.

❤️ Λιγα λογια για την Inge Bühlmann
Ως φυσιοθεραπεύτρια και ως κρανιοϊερή-θεραπεύτρια, η Inge ήταν πάντα γοητευμένη από την πολυπλοκότητα του ανθρώπινου σώματος και του θαυματουργού σύμπαντος που ενσωματώνει.
Το αρχικό πτυχίο της Inge στη Φυσικοθεραπεία, της έδωσε μια βαθιά κατανόηση της δομικής ανατομικής φύσης του σώματος και ως εκ τούτου της παρείχε μια σταθερή βάση για να ξεκινήσει. Αφού συγκέντρωσε εμπειρία σε μια μικρή κλινική στην Ελβετία για μερικά χρόνια, αποφάσισε να ταξιδέψει στην Ανατολή και να εργαστεί ως εθελόντρια στην Ινδία σε ένα ιατρείο για παιδιά με ειδικές ανάγκες. Αυτή η πολύτιμη και μοναδική εμπειρία άνοιξε νέους ορίζοντες και ξεκίνησε το ενδιαφέρον της για ολιστικές μεθόδους. Όχι μόνο μέσω της καθημερινής της δουλειάς με το ανθρώπινο σώμα ως θεραπεύτρια, αλλά και μέσω της δικής της αφοσιωμένης πρακτικής και συνεχούς μελέτης στη γιόγκα, τον διαλογισμό και τον χορό, άρχισε να βιώνει το σώμα, το μυαλό και το πνεύμα ως ενότητα και ανακάλυψε την εκδήλωση της βιόσφαιρας και του ενεργειακού σώματος του ανθρώπινου σώματος πέρα από τη φυσική και απτή σφαίρα του.
Έτσι βρήκε τον δρόμο της στην κρανιοϊερή θεραπεία που είναι ένα από τα μεγαλύτερα πάθη της μέχρι σήμερα.

❤️ Λιγα λόγια για τον Βαλεντίνος Σταματιάδης

Διατηρεί αγάπη για την μουσική και απο νεαρή ηλικία. Παίζει drums, κρουστά, ηλεκτρικό μπάσο και όταν ανακάλυψε το handpan τα τελευταία χρόνια αφιερώθηκε σε αυτό. Δημιουργεί solo project και group's με βάση το handpan, ηχογραφεί και κανει live performances.
Ασχολείται ενεργά με την μουσική από την ηλικία των 14. Ξεκίνησε με ηλεκτρικό μπάσο, θεωρητικά της μουσικής και καθώς είναι γιος ντράμερ, παράλληλα έπαιζε και τύμπανα.
Τα τελευταία 15 χρόνια είναι επαγγελματίας ντράμερ και κρουστος συμμετέχοντας σε διάφορα μουσικά σχήματα.
Απο το 2016 που ανακάλυψε το handpan (μελωδικό κρουστό όργανο) έχει δημιουργήσει ενα σόλο project, αλλά κ συνεργασίες με άλλους μουσικούς, φτιάχνοντας μουσική με βάση το handpan αλλά και συνοδεύοντας άλλα είδη μουσικής.
Παίζει σε ξενοδοχεία, μαγαζιά, event's, Yoga center σε Σαντορίνη και Αθήνα.
Παράλληλα με την μουσική είναι απόφοιτος του τμήματος μουσικής τεχνολογίας και ακουστικής (πανεπιστήμιο Κρήτης) και εργάζεται ως μηχανικος ήχου και ηχολήπτης.

Ecstatic Radiance invites you to an afternoon seminar, “Cacao Ecstatic Dance.” In this session, we will prepare organic cacao using traditional ceremonial methods, set our intentions, and enjoy a meditative cacao drink, complemented by a Heart Chakra meditation guided by Inge & Mridu.
Mridu will then guide us through a fantastic Ecstatic Dance session featuring deep downtempo and tribal rhythms. We will close our event with a live Hand Pan music journey performed by Valentinos Stamatiadis meditation with Inge & Mridu.

🔥 About Live Hand Pan
The handpan is a musical instrument that combines the sonic softness of percussion with the harmony of melodic instruments. It is a percussion metal instrument with a “tortoiseshell” shape and through the various fields that the notes are produced.
The sound of the handpan is soft, moist and full, evoking a sense of calm, combined with an almost rhythmic meditation.The soundscape created by the handpan has the ability to “spread” in space, allowing the audience to experience the sound not only as something heard, but also as something felt – a sound that almost touches the body.
The sound of the handpan offers an experience of deep tranquility but also intense emotional intensity, elevating the sense of “present” and bringing listeners closer to the music and the space around them.

❤️ About Inge Bühlmann
As both a physiotherapist and craniosacral-therapist, Inge has always been fascinated by the complexity of the human body and its miraculous universe that it embodies.
Inge’s initial degree in Physiotherapy, gave her a profound understanding of the structural anatomical nature of the body and therefore provided her a solid foundation to start with. After gathering experience in a small physio clinic in Switzerland for a couple of years, she decided to travel East, and work as a volunteer in India at a physio trust for handicapped children. This valuable and unique experience opened up new horizons and her interest in holistic methods began. Not only through her daily work with the human body as a therapist, but also through her own dedicated practice and continuous study in yoga, meditation and dance, she began to experience body, mind, and spirit as a oneness and discovered the manifestation of the human body`s biosphere and energy-body beyond its physical and tangible realms.
This is how she found her way into craniosacral therapy which is one of her greatest passions until today.

❤️ About Valentinos Stamatiadis
He has maintained a love for music since a young age. He plays drums, percussion, electric bass and when he discovered the handpan in recent years he dedicated himself to it. He creates solo projects and groups based on the handpan, records and does live performances.
He has been actively involved in music since the age of 14. He started with electric bass, music theory and as he is the son of a drummer, he also played drums.
For the last 15 years he has been a professional drummer and percussionist participating in various musical groups.
Since 2016 when he discovered the handpan (melodic percussion instrument) he has created a solo project, but also collaborations with other musicians, making music based on the handpan but also accompanying other types of music.
He plays in hotels, shops, events, Yoga centers in Santorini and Athens.
In addition to music, he is a graduate of the Department of Music Technology and Acoustics (University of Crete) and works as a sound engineer and sound engineer.
