🌎 Cacao Dance Ceremony – Friday, November 8th @ Yoga Generation, Coquitlam 🌟An evening of sacred cacao, conscious movement and sound healing.
This light and fun evening blends ancient plant medicine, free flow movement, and sound healing in a space of presence and connection. Together, we gather to remember the wisdom of the body, the power of the heart, and the joy of rising as one.
🍫 Ceremonial Cacao (Heart of the Earth Cacao)
We begin the evening by gathering in circle to share ceremonial cacao, lovingly prepared and served by JuanJo and Elena.
In this intentional setting, cacao supports heart-centered connection — with ourselves and one another. This rich, earthy drink is made from pure, ceremonial-grade cacao: strong yet gentle, grounding yet uplifting.
Before we move, you’ll be gently guided by Ashtiika through breathwork and meditation to help you settle into your body, connect with the cacao, and create space for your natural expression to emerge
💃 Conscious Dance Journey with DJ Babashasha
With the medicine of cacao flowing through us, we will move into a conscious dance journey with the uplifting, deep, and soulful beats of DJ Babashasha.
This is a talk-free, judgement-free space — a sacred dance floor where you are free to move exactly as you feel. There is no choreography, no performance — just an invitation to listen to your body and let it lead.
Here, your dance is your medicine. You’re invited to move through joy, grief, tension, celebration — whatever is alive in you — and let it be witnessed and released through movement. Let the cacao move you. Let the music carry you. Let your body speak.
🔔 Sound Bath Integration with Ashtiika
To close the evening, we’ll ease into stillness with a deeply nurturing sound bath led by Ashtiika.
This meditative sound journey features crystal singing bowls and a gong, creating a rich field of resonance that gently supports your nervous system, promotes deep rest, and invites emotional and energetic integration.
Sound healing is known to clear stagnant energy, balance the chakras, and bring the mind and body into harmony.
It’s the perfect way to ground and restore after the dance — letting everything settle into the body with softness and grace.
💞 A Gathering for Connection & Rising Together
This is more than an event — it's a ceremony of community. A chance to gather in a safe, sacred space where you can be fully yourself. A night to remember that healing, joy, and growth are amplified when we come together with intention and open hearts.

🌱 About the Cacao
The cacao served in this ceremony is ceremonial-grade and sourced from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta in Colombia — a region held sacred by Indigenous tribes such as the Arhuaco, Kogi, Wiwa, and Kankuamo, who refer to this land as the “Heart of the World.”
This cacao is grown and prepared in alignment with ancient traditions and deep respect for the Earth. It carries the wisdom, intention, and prayers of the Indigenous communities who have been its stewards for generations.
Cacao has long been used in ceremonies across cultures for spiritual insight, connection, and heart healing. When taken with intention, it becomes a gentle yet powerful ally for inner work, celebration, and collective transformation.
