🪔 Cacao & Energy Healing Circle with Krysten: An invitation to open your heart and be guided through an experience of gentle and nourishing energy healing. Experience the beautiful heart opening medicine of cacao, which supports us in softening to allow the sacred energies and wisdom of the heart to flow more freely through our being, and follow a lovingly guided practice of energy healing to clear any blocked emotions, heal and nurture any wounded aspects of self which create limitation in your life, and restore inner harmony and balance.

We speak courageously from the heart, practice radical honesty and hold deep empathy for others.
