Celebrate Día de los Muertos with warmth, rhythm, and reverence at V2 Yoga in Dallas! On October 25, join us for a luminous evening where memory meets music: a ceremonial cacao opening, a sacred cleansing led by a local shaman, and a restorative soundbath to soothe the heart and honor those we love.
We’ll begin by sharing ceremonial cacao—a gentle, heart-opening brew—to set intention and connect. @Jessicasreikihealing will guide a sacred cleansing to clear space and invite blessings, followed by a deep soundbath woven from crystal bowls, gongs, and healing tones that carry you into spacious rest. Expect soft lighting, an intimate altar for ofrendas (feel free to bring a small photo or token to honor a loved one), and a welcoming, celebratory atmosphere that blends joy and remembrance.
Come dressed comfortably (layers recommended), bring a mat, blanket, pillow, and water. Please note: if you have health concerns or are pregnant, check with your provider about ceremonial cacao.
