This simple, conscious moment allows us to slow down, open the heart, and gently arrive into the space together. As we drink, we connect with the spirit of cacao, grounding ourselves in gratitude for the Earth that sustains us and the medicines that support our healing.
As we gather in the nurturing energy of Cancer season, we are invited to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the heart. Cancer reminds us of the importance of emotional connection, inner safety, intuition, and belonging. This is a beautiful time to return home to ourselves — to gently release what has been carried for too long, to receive support, and to allow healing, presence, and authentic connection to unfold in a safe and heart-centered space.
Together we pause in gratitude — remembering the Earth we walk upon and the medicines that walk with us.
From this heart-centered beginning, we will move into the Sound Healing Inner Journey.
