Cacao Ceremony+Ancestral Healing+ New Moon Women Circle

We are all born into a family, a fascinating and a complex system of values, roles, patterns, expectations, boundaries, emotional dynamics, and loyalties. From a young age, we absorb our family’s ways of being in a world, develop healthy or unhealthy attachments with our caregivers, and learn no navigate internal family dynamics by developing certain coping skills. Many times, we do not question why things are the way they are, or it might be too painful to remember some experience with our mothers and fathers. We wish things were different and it hurts when we are unbale to find peace with loved ones and end up being in a conflict, discord, or are driven to cut off relationships with people closest to us.

I invite you to join us as we welcome New Moon energy and immerse ourselves in an intimate and uniqe experience designed to create a safe space for healing. This experience is open to 10 women only to ensure its' intimacy and connection.

In this experiential and healing circle, you will have an opportunity to:

• Dive deeper into your family’s emotional and mental dynamics to uncover hidden loyalties that continue to guide your decisions, behaviors, and views of self throughout life·
• Understand yourself better as a human being who is also a part of a complex family system
• Engage in somatic exercises to transform and heal heavy emotions
• Create positive shifts in your relationships
• Tap into forgiveness and compassion to help you heal and release toxic thoughts and feelings
• Change unhealthy generational patterns by choosing to do things differently and by letting go of your own pain
• Experience healing and heart-opening properties of Cacao, ancient sacred medicine
• Participate in a supportive group dynamic where you are witnessed and accepted for all your pains and gains with opportunities for transformational emotional experiences

In my experience working with families, couples, and individuals as marriage and family therapist, I find that even when people report having a happy childhood and good relationships between family members, they still have attachment wounds, unhealthy patterns, and supressed emotions that were suppressed to help them function within the family system, and they subconsciously carry these patterns into their present romantic relationships and friendships or partner choices. Only through awareness, understanding, acceptance, and compassion for self and others are we able to heal our wounds, shift unhealthy patterns, and possibly improve and repair our family relationships. Yes, it takes personal work and a closer look at who we are.

Meet the Fascilitator:

Irina Devi

Irina is a spiritual teacher, transformational coach, and MFT (Marriage and Family Therapist)

Irina offers private consultations and group teachings in supporting mind and body through somatic experiences, growth mindset aproaches, aromatherapy, movement, meditation, breathing techniques, and feminine embodiment practices to sustain overall joy and vitality. Her work has evolved into unique, holistic, and individualized approach to women’s emotional and physical wellbeing across lifespan stages, including pregnancy and menopause.

Mother of one, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and two Master's in Education and Family and Couple Therapy, certifications in Yoga, Taoist healing arts, and Tantric teachings. She lives and works in Manhattan, New York where she had founded her La Femme Rose spiritual women network. She organizes classes and monthly women gatherings in New York as well as women retreats around the world.
