Mama Cacao gently opens the heart, creating space to welcome what we’re calling in and release what no longer serves us. She invites us home to ourselves — into a deep remembering of who we truly are.Our time together will include ritual, cacao, journaling, movement, and heartfelt sharing — woven together intuitively for the group that gathers.
