Using cacao (organically sourced from Peru) the workshop will open with an intension setting ceremony, followed by a sound journey with gong and crystal bowls.

Cacao Ceremony
Cacao is the purest form of chocolate you can consume, which means it is raw and much less processed than cocoa powder or chocolate bars.
Cacao is thought to be the highest source of antioxidants of all foods and the highest source of magnesium of all foods.
Cacao opens up the heart chakra and it normally takes about 15-30 mins for the effects to take place. When the heart chakra is open, it enables us to give and receive and connects with Source / the Divinity.
Gongbath with Crystal Bowls
Gongbath is a very ancient technique that produces an amazing sense of wellbeing through the vibration of all the water within the body. Our bodies are 80% water! Gongs help the brain reach deep levels of relaxation.

About Facilitator
San is a trained Sound Healing Practitioner who uses gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, drums, tuning forks and voice in her private and group soundbaths. She recently created quantum healing modality called Toroidal Stargate Activation to facilitate wellbeing through photonic light.
