Guided by ceremonial cacao, breath, gentle movement, and sound, we will create a sacred space to rest the nervous system, open the heart, and reconnect with the subtle pulse of life beneath the stillness ...like roots breathing under snow.

No prior experience with cacao or ceremony is needed ... only a willingness to arrive as you are.

How to prepare for an optimal experience:
-Avoid coffee and alcohol up to 6 hours before; avoid heavy foods the day of, eat a light meal up to 3,5 hours before; and keep yourself very hydrated during the day.

Jeffrey Connors, also known as as eljeffre, is a multi-instrumentalist musical artist primarily active in New York City. He focuses both in the wildly expressive nightlife scene and also in areas where the focus is more so oriented toward healing, focus and integration.
