We’ll begin by sharing a cup of ceremonial-grade cacao, a heart-opening plant medicine known for supporting connection, clarity, and gentle emotional release.
🌿 The experience includes:
- Gentle seated movement
- Breathwork to settle the nervous system
- Storytelling + intention setting
- Sound healing
- Guided meditation
- Journaling & inner inquiry
- Spacious time for integration
🤍 This is a loving, grounded, and safe space. Come exactly as you are.
What to bring:
- A yoga mat or comfortable support for sitting on the floor
(chairs are available if that’s better for your body) - Water (cacao is grounding and slightly bitter)
- A journal + pen
- Anything else that helps you feel supported and at ease
