Cacao has been used in ancient ceremony by the Mayan people for thousands of years.
It can be described as a gentle shamanic journey without any hallucinogenic experiences

It has an active ingredient Theobromine which translates means Food of the Gods.
The word cacao comes from mayan Ka’kau and choko-la.
Together these 2 words mean to drink chocolate together.
The cacao plant is medicinal and has been used for spiritual, medicinal and ceremonial purposes throughout history.
It has a very different taste to the chocolate we are used to, made from cacao beans and mixed with water and a little natural sweetener.
Different spices can be added such as cinnamon, nutmeg, chili, cayenne, cardamom or vanilla depending on personal preference.
Cacao is naturally high in iron, magnesium, B-Complex vitamins giving it many physical as well as spiritual benefits.
Cacao is one of the highest sources of potassium which is so good for neurological and cardiovascular health.
