This gathering highlights kindness for self and others while forming a sense of belonging and interconnectedness to all living things. The ecstatic dance helps participants tap into their sacredness while in this meditative movement.
Igniting the soular fire through movement and breathing. Ecstatic dances are intended to be nonjudgemental, free-flow-conscious events that allow participants to reach a heightened state of thorough movement. By tapping into the bliss within, dancing becomes an active meditation.

There will be a DJ spinning uplifting music from various genres to help facilitate a space where inhibition is released and the soul's expression comes to the forefront.
