December’s ceremony is a beautiful opportunity to soften before the year closes a moment to release the heaviness you’ve been carrying and return to yourself with clarity and calm.
Lisa Camilleri will guide you through a grounding cacao ritual to open the heart and settle the nervous system. From there, you’ll sink into a deep, restorative sound journey with Michael Skinner, supporting emotional release, energetic balance, and inner stillness.
If you’ve been feeling stretched, tired, or disconnected, this is your invitation to breathe again.
