Our **Sunday Soul Session** weaves together ancient practices to ignite your inner light and set powerful intentions for the mid-year. No prior experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to explore. Chakra Balancing Light Movement yoga paired with intention setting, the heart opening elixir of Cacao, and a vibrational sound journey is the perfect combination to open your mind & heart to your soul's desires, leading you onto the path for the final half of your year!Components of the Session:
1. **Chakra Balancing Yoga**:
**Dedication to Self**: Begin with dynamic movements, breathwork, and mantra. Activate your energy centers (chakras) and awaken your inner power. Shed limiting beliefs and stories and step into alignment with your divine path! This is gentle movement, suitable for most bodies and an optional component to the session.
2. **Cacao Ceremony**:
**What is a Cacao Ceremony?** A sacred gathering where we honor the spirit of cacao, the heart-opening elixir. Ceremonial-grade cacao, ethically grown and unprocessed, is used to create a warm, nourishing drink.
**Intention Setting**: We'll set personal intentions for healing, transformation, or release. The cacao amplifies our intentions, allowing us to connect deeply with our desires.
**Ritual Consumption**: Sip the cacao mindfully, savoring its rich flavor. As you drink, feel its warmth infuse your being, opening your heart center.
**Benefits**: Ceremonial cacao naturally boosts serotonin, dopamine, and anandamide—the bliss molecules that elevate our mood and enhance well-being.
3. **Meditation with Mantra**:
**Inner Stillness**: Transition into a meditative state. Chant sacred mantras to quiet the mind, deepen your awareness, and connect with your higher self.
**"Take with You" Practice**: You will be invited to continue this practice at home if you would like, to amplify your intention setting. You choose the duration (3 days, 11 days, 21 days, or 40 days!)
4. **Intention Setting**:
**Mid-Year Reflection**: Take a moment to reflect on your journey so far. What intentions do you wish to manifest in the coming months?
**Write It Down**: Put pen to paper and express your heartfelt desires. Trust that the universe is listening.
**Affirmations**: Share your intentions with the group, reinforcing their power.
5. **Sound Bath**:
**What is a Sound Bath?** Immerse yourself in healing vibrations. Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments create a sonic landscape that resonates with your cells.
