About this Event
Take a slow, nourishing pause before the busyness of December begins.
In this cozy Sunday gathering, we’ll arrive gently with a guided grounding meditation and then ease into a heart-opening cacao ceremony led by Roby. The ceremony will be supported by singing medicine songs and mantras — and you’re very welcome to bring an instrument or a song you’d like to share (totally optional).
We’ll also include a bit of light, intuitive movement also known as transformative dance, so come in comfortable and warm clothes.
To close our time together, we’ll share a group Reiki circle — a restorative space to reset your energy, release tension, and recharge for the winter season.
This gathering is for you if you’re craving a moment of calm, connection, and self-care before the year comes to an end.
Come as you are and leave a little lighter, a little softer, and a lot more grounded. :)
