This first cacao ceremony of the year is a gentle invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
In a world that often moves too fast, this ceremony offers a nourishing space to slow down, step out of daily demands, and return to your inner rhythm. Through ceremonial cacao and holistic practices, you’ll be guided to open your heart, release tension, and create space for new intentions to take root and gently bloom throughout the year ahead.
This is a supportive and grounding experience where you can soften, listen inward, and begin the year feeling more present, balanced, and aligned — body, mind, and soul.
What to expect:
- Ceremonial Cacao
A heart-opening cacao ritual to support presence, intention setting, and gentle nourishment of the body and spirit. - Somatic Yoga (~20 min)
Slow, mindful movement to help release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom. - Breathwork (~15 min)
Conscious breathing practices to calm the mind, deepen awareness, and invite clarity and inner balance. - Sound Healing (~50 min)
A deeply relaxing sound journey with healing instruments, supporting rest, release, and energetic harmony. - Journaling & Sharing Circle
A safe and supportive space for reflection, heart-led sharing, and gentle grounding, allowing time to integrate the experience before returning to daily life.

How to prepare for the cacao:
This allows the cacao to be absorbed more easily, supporting a deeper and more intentional experience.
Recommendations:
- Avoid consuming caffeinated drinks (such as coffee, caffeinated teas, and energy drinks) and alcohol on the day of the event.
- Drink plenty of water before and after the ceremony to stay well hydrated.
- Avoid heavy meals for at least 2 hours before the event.
