We will be serving Cacao from The Mazatec Sierra in Oaxaca to ground ourselves in the present and open our hearts. Cacao supports emotional openness, mental clarity, and heart-centered connection, making it an ideal complement to breathwork and sound.
Somatic Breathwork combines ancient wisdom with modern physiology to regulate your nervous system. We'll utilize breathing techniques to discharge stress, unprocessed emotions, trauma, & limiting beliefs. This creates the space to repattern your nervous system & access elevated emotions of deep peace, gratitude, love and purpose.
100% of proceeds from this event are going towards clean water access for over 13,100 people in rural agricultural communities in the region of Esteli Nicaragua. This project is in partnership with La Fem (Fundación Entre Mujeres) a non-profit women's empowerment organization based in Nicaragua. They’ve identified clean water as a critical need for 12 of the communities they work in. Unclean water is the leading source of death and malnutrition for children under 5 years globally .

A $35 donation is enough to purchase 1 water filter , than can provide clean water to 100 people for 10 years. A $50 donation covers a filter and overheard costs and support youth leaders in the communities to install and maintain the filters over a period of 10 years. ! Your ripples become waves!
Deni Slehiman is a cultural practitioner, ceremonialist, and certified breathwork and meditation facilitator. Rooted in Mexican and Amazonian traditions, she weaves meditation, music, art, and ceremony to help others reconnect with their capacity for healing and creation. Her work focuses on creating safe, heartfelt spaces for people to gather, celebrate life, and build conscious, supportive communities by honoring the land and fostering natural connection.
Tina weaves the pure, resonant high frequencies of Alchemy Crystal Tones®️ singing bowls with delicate chimes and soul-stirring vocal transmissions to guide participants into deep meditative states. Her sound offerings are designed to support integration after breathwork, soothing the soul and gently bringing awareness back into the body. Each session serves as an energetic hygiene cleanse—purifying the body, mind, and space from lingering energetic residue—leaving you grounded, renewed, and aligned.
David is a trauma-informed breathwork practitioner through @somaticrelease musician, photographer & climate-tech entrepreneur passionate about elevating the planet and humanity.
