Dance through the portal of your heart and into the deeper truth of your soul. Guided by sacred cacao, breathwork, and the wild freedom of ecstatic dance, we will dive deep within to access the bliss and ecstasy that's already available to us when we finally stop, breathe, and listen. All while nestled in the magical Oasis of Chi in Mesa, AZ.

In just three hours, you will gently release what your body and heart have been holding and move deeper into a reality rooted in love and connection. This evening is designed to shake off stagnancy, awaken your spirit, and dance you into joy, freedom, and pure, radiant bliss.

We will open with a sacred cacao ceremony, honoring her ancient wisdom and the hands that cultivated her. Known to the ancient Maya as the drink of the Gods, cacao is a powerful heart opener; a medicine that softens, awakens, and invites you back into yourself. Her magic will flow through the rest of our evening, supporting you as we move into a guided breathwork journey to release, shake loose, and renew.

Then... we dance!

The ecstatic dance is where the magic comes alive. There's no choreography, no performance. Just your body, the music, and the freedom to move however your soul desires. Let yourself be wild. Let yourself be free. Let yourself come home.

We will close with a gentle soundbath and a sharing circle for those who wish to linger a little longer in this beautiful space.
