🍫 Cacao: Daniele share his Secret recipe for ceremonial cacao. This beautiful medicine from Mesoamerica is packed with anti-oxidants and triggers the release of dopamine, known as the LOVE hormone.

💨 Breathwork: You are invited to journey inward and go within through a style of breathwork derived from the holotropic method of breathing. This breathwork is designed to bring your subconscious mind to the forefront, allowing you to connect with your higher self, release what no longer serves you, and realign with your true essence.
Throughout the session, Jeremie will guide you through the breathwork experience, while our multi-instrumentalist Daniele Manodritto supports the session with live instruments. Daniele utilises shamanic vocal toning techniques along with a variety of ancient musical instruments, such as clay ocarinas, didgeridoo, drum, and African harp. This unique combination creates an immersive journey of discovery, guiding you into a state of deep connection and remembrance.

Humans have known for thousands of years that breath & sound vibration are powerful tools for healing. The rhythmic frequencies produced by ancient instruments interact with the water in our bodies, our DNA, and our chakra system, facilitating deep healing, relaxation, and release.

Please bring your own yoga mat and if you have an eye mask even better. We have a few spare mats and masks if you're without either.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the session begins to set up your mat and check-in. Please note that tickets are non-refundable but are transferable to another date if you are unable to attend.
