Join Kayla for Cacao, Breathwork & Sound, an immersive healing experience designed to helpyou break through what's been holding you back. The evening begins with guided journaling toreflect on obstacles in your path, followed by a heart-opening meditation with ceremonial-gradecacao sourced from Peru. From there, Kayla will lead you through a powerful breathworksession to release stagnant energy and invite deep healing. To close, you'll be immersed in thesoothing vibrations of a sound bath, featuring both traditional Peruvian instruments and crystalsound bowls. Paper and pens will be provided for journaling, but feel free to bring your own journal if youprefer.
What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and bring water. Join us for an evening ofdeep healing, connection, and renewal. If you do not own a yoga mat, you can borrow one from the studio.
