Join Alicia Clark in a Sound Journey with delicious Cacao.We will slow down, talk about the upcoming energies that are happening and how they will impact our lives, create a safe, sacred space for connection and community, we drink a delicious chocolate beverage that opens our hearts, we allow Cacao to work it's magic and do a little movement to activate our heart space, I guide you into a meditation with Reiki healing energy working in the field and I provide a sound bath for each individual to clear your field and attune each soul to the currrent energetic needs of their highter self connection.
All while harnessing the power of Sound, frequency and resonace into the journey which integrates the love Cacao provides directly into our hearts, body, mind and soul.
Our sacred journey is more accelerated when surrounded by community. So the power of comming together and receiveing divine love directly from source and nature happens in our journey.
100% Pure Ceremonial Keith's Cacao is used. It is a special & sacred plant medicine for the body and heart that helps us open up, heal gently, invites more creativity, joy and clarity into our lives.
***Due to the nature of making cacao ahead of time, I require a reservation by 6pm on the day of the event ***
***Please see important ceremony info below***
* No caffeine intake for 6 hours before (and after) as it can be overstimulating
* No dairy products on the day of the ceremony, as they counteract the benefits of cacao and can cause stomach aches
* Fast 2 hours prior to ceremony for an optimal experience. Listen to your body. For low blood sugar eat whole foods or bring a snack. Cacao itself is quite filling.

* if you have any heart conditions
* If you're pregnant or breastfeeding
What to bring to ceremony:
- Begin an intention for the night
- Journal & pen
- For the altar: bring a scared object (you will take it back with you) or an offering (ex: flower, fruit, leaves, or feathers)
- Water bottle
- Wear comfy clothing
- Bring blankets/pillow for the meditation and sound journey
