February Cacao & Sound Ceremony
This ceremony honors the heart-opening plant medicine of cacao, a sacred ally traditionally used by Indigenous cultures for connection, clarity, and emotional openness. Made from pure ceremonial-grade cacao, this gentle medicine supports intention-setting, presence, and embodied awareness. The experience is followed by a restorative sound bath, allowing the nervous system to soften and the heart to integrate what has been opened. Together, we’ll set intentions, drop into the body, and gather in a sacred container of mindfulness, reflection, and community.
Ceremony Flow
This ceremony is a moment to slow down, tend to your soul, and return to yourself and your heart space. Come as you are, everything else will be provided.
