Cacao & Sound Bath Meditation

Tea time & sound meditation is a great way to cleanse the mind and relax the body during the week. This event is curated to soothe, stimulate inner contemplation, and wash away any tension that has accumulated during the week. The tea will warm your insides while the melodies of the sound bath calm your nervous system to a state of restoration. The delicious taste of the blue lotus tea is optional for those wanting to partake.

Yoga mats are included while supplies last, and free parking is available. Bring your mug and arrive around 6:45 pm.
