Held by Jenna, keyholder of the space, this gathering offers a gentle pause from daily life, a moment to soften, connect, and return to yourself.You’ll be welcomed to settle in with a cup of cacao, or tea if you prefer, its warmth gently opening the heart and inviting your intuition to rise as the evening begins. From here, you’ll be guided into a shamanic drum journey, a practice rooted in ancient traditions that uses rhythmic drumming to lead you into a meditative, altered state of awareness. As the drum calls, the mind quiets, the body relaxes, and you’re invited to journey inward, connecting with your guides, your highest self, and the subtle currents of your own wisdom.
You’ll be gently guided through the principles of journeying, including setting intention, working with the rhythm of the drum, and opening to any imagery, insight, or messages that arise. Simple techniques are shared so you can feel confident engaging with the practice, whether this is your first experience or a familiar path.
This gathering is a tender, soulful space to expand awareness, and reconnect with your inner guidance. The rhythm of the drum, combined with the heart-opening qualities of cacao, supports a soft inward flow, allowing the session to unfold naturally in service of what you need most in the moment.
