About this Event
Join us for a heart-opening experience at our Cacao & Connection Ceremony! This in-person event will take place at our beautiful coastal cottages located at 7817 Exchange Pl in San Diego, California.
We will share authentic ceremonial cacao from Guatemala, before guiding you through a somatic movement experience – Fluentbody – and several exercises to foster human connection. This experience will support participants in connecting with their hearts and bodies, exploring their inner worlds with compassion, and creating meaningful bonds.
We will begin with a serving of cacao and a journal prompt to set your intentions. Then we'll guide you through a meditation, before diving into a Fluentbody journey to connect you with your physical body. Finally, we’ll end with a few fun exercises designed to help you connect with the other attendees.
What to bring to the event:
- A yoga mat and/or blanket to sit on the grass
- A water bottle
- A journal and pen
- Comfortable clothing
- An open mind and an open heart!

*Street parking is available, but it can be challenging to find parking. Look for parking on Bluebird Lane if you can’t find parking right by the cottages. Please show up 5-10 minutes early so we can begin promptly at 2 PM!
