Cacao & ConnectionThis evening is about real connection - the kind that happens when guards soften, and we don’t have to perform or impress.
We will all share cacao, and have conversations that feel a little more meaningful than everyday small talk.
How the evening unfolds:
We’ll begin with a short grounding exercise to help everyone arrive and settle. Life is hectic, and this is a moment to pause and land before moving into connection.
We’ll then share a cacao ceremony in a circle. Cacao is known for gently opening the heart space and supporting presence and openness. It’s subtle and grounding rather than dramatic.
From there, the circle opens for a heartshare experience. A reflective question will be offered as a prompt, and each person is invited (but never expected) to share from their own experience. This is not about fixing or advising - it’s about speaking honestly, listening deeply, and being witnessed.
The evening ends with a nourishing plant-based dinner and dessert, included in your ticket. Conversations can continue!
What heartsharing can offer
A sense of true connection
Being seen and heard as you are can soften feelings of loneliness and remind you that you’re not alone in what you carry.
Honest, meaningful conversation
Heartsharing moves beyond small talk, creating space for authenticity, vulnerability, and real presence.
Deeper self-understanding
Listening and sharing with others often brings clarity around your own feelings, needs, and experiences.
Gentle personal growth
There’s something quietly powerful about speaking from the heart and listening without judgement - it often opens new perspectives in unexpected ways.
Emotional support and wellbeing
Sharing in a respectful, non-judgemental space can feel grounding, relieving, and deeply human.
A few things worth knowing
You’re very welcome to come alone - many people do. There’s no expectation to know anyone, and no pressure to speak if you don’t want to.
You don’t need to be experienced with cacao ceremonies or heartsharing, or “good at talking.” Curiosity, openness, and presence are more than enough.
The evening concludes with a plant-based dinner & dessert - all included in your ticket.
Meet Rasesvari, your host
Rasesvari (pronounced Rah-say-shwari) has always remembered feeling connected to healing, the inner world, and what helps people feel well and in alignment. Growing up, she spent many hours tucked away in libraries, reading about philosophy, plants, and anything that felt meaningful or life-giving.
Her path took a few turns away from the usual route, leading her to spend six years in an ashram setting focused on self-development and spiritual life. During that time, she explored meditation deeply and had space to focus on her own healing. This naturally opened the door to learning about Traditional Chinese healing, Ayurveda, sound healing, bioresonance, and a lot of self-study along the way.
Her loving aim is simple. To ceate spaces where people can finally feel comfortable in themselves again and and have room for their own growth and healing.
