Stephanie and Maggie are beyond excited to invite you into a deeper, slower, more sacred Sunday experience.
This extended 3-hour immersion is designed to help you soften, open, and reconnect — with your heart, your breath, your body, and your community.
We’ll begin with a Tantric Rose Cacao Ceremony, sipping warm, dairy-free ceremonial cacao sweetened with condensed coconut milk. Cacao is a gentle heart-opener — supporting clarity, connection, and intention setting.
From there, we’ll move into:
✨ Gentle, heart-opening yoga
✨ Soul-nourishing mantra singing (no experience needed — just your beautiful voice)
✨ A long, luxurious sound bath immersion to integrate it all
Expect to be held in warmth, laughter, reverence, and deep rest.
