Join me for a grounding and transformative morning. Here we will be journeying with ceremonial grade cacao before an expansive breathwork journey.
Ceremonial grade cacao promotes emotional healing, spiritual growth and heart expansion (plus it's super delicious!).
The breathwork journey will allow you to release any stress, anxiety or suppressed emotions in a safe container. You will feel relaxed and blissful after. Breathwork reduces cortisol and regulates the nervous system.
I will guide you through the breathwork journey from start to finish.
Cacao: This cacao is potent in theobromine, tryptamine (a precursor to DMT) and phenylethylamine (PEA) which significantly increases feelings of intense satisfaction, embodiment and spiritual awakening. It also contains high levels of tryptophan for sensations of joy and happiness.
Time: 9:00am - 11:30am
Where: Zeus Room at the Life Centre - 88 Jervois Road, Ponsonby (Life Centre is 2 houses - we are in the right house on the bottom floor)

Our journey begins with white sage, to cleanse our energy and ground us into the earth. This flows into the cacao ceremony where we open our hearts to this sacred plant medicine. The theobromine & PEA in the cacao will stimulate feelings of joy, love and expansion. Followed by an introduction to breathwork and the 45 minute breathwork journey (to a specially curated set of music), where you will be supported to release any stress, emotions or stagnant energy, creating space for clarity and bliss. I will be facilitating you along this journey and will use energy/somatic work where needed. You will remain lying down, letting the healing frequencies wash over you during the meditation. We end the ceremony with an optional share circle and integration tools for you to take home.

I recommend parking on the side streets nearby. Arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled/go to the bathroom etc, I will close the doors and begin the event at 9:00am.
Avoid eating/consuming caffeine 2-3 hours before the session as we will be lying down for the breathwork and sound journey. You are welcome to fast beforehand as this deepens the experience. If you're hungry before have some fruit or something easy to digest. Wear comfortable clothing.

Our terms of service can be found on our website. By purchasing a ticket you acknowledge your agreement to this, and consent for any pictures taken on the day used for social media/marketing.
As this is a one-off event, tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot make it on the day due sickess or another reason, you are welcome to send a friend or family member in your place or onsell your ticket, please let me know the name of the new person if you go ahead with this option.
