Cacao & Breath: A Spring Intention Setting Workshop

Long before January was marked as the beginning of the year, Spring was considered the true New Year, a time of emergence, renewal, and planting seeds for what would grow in the months ahead. Winter was meant for rest and hibernation; Spring is when life begins to move again. This workshop honours that natural rhythm.
Together, we’ll create space to gently awaken the body and heart through ceremonial cacao, guided breathwork, and intentional reflection. Rather than forcing goals or resolutions, we’ll work with the body and nervous system to clarify what’s ready to be planted and what no longer needs your energy.
Ceremonial cacao has long been used as a heart-opening plant medicine, supporting connection, focus, and emotional awareness. In this space, cacao is offered with respect and intention not as something to change you, but as a companion to deeper listening and presence. Through guided breathwork, we’ll support the nervous system in settling and opening, allowing insight and awareness to arise naturally. Breath becomes the bridge between intention and embodiment, helping you move from thinking about what you want, to feeling what is ready to grow. We’ll close with a spring intention-setting practice rooted in seasonal wisdom, planting seeds that feel aligned, grounded, and sustainable for the year ahead. This is a space to slow down, reconnect, and consciously begin again.
No prior experience with cacao or breathwork is required, you’re welcome exactly as you are. This is a gentle, intentional workshop focused on creation, self-connection, and planting meaningful intentions for the season ahead. While moments of emotional insight or release may naturally arise, the space is intentionally held for growth, clarity, and forward momentum, not cathartic processing.
If the term plant medicine brings up questions, please know this is not a psychedelic ceremony. Ceremonial cacao is often referred to as a heart medicine because of its naturally supportive properties. It is rich in magnesium, calcium, iron, and potassium, acts as a gentle vasodilator, and has long been used to support focus, connection, and emotional awareness in a grounded and accessible way.
